VLCedu promises it students:

To help keep our promise to you, VLCedu will provide you with an experienced Vietnamese teacher who understands both our methodology and, most importantly, you.  Before you begin your classes, you should meet with one of our teachers such as Ms.  Hong Suong Doan Thi.
